We understand that sometimes life doesn't always go to plan and that there will be times that you are unable to attend your appointment, however we would really appreciate it if you let us know as soon as possible. Usually at least 24 hours notice is required if you to cancel or change your appointment. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, or if you fail to turn up for your appointment, then our treatment(s) will be charged at full cost. This is not us being awkward; but if you cancel or fail to turn up for your appointment, then it means that our therapists have a time slot in which another customer could have been booked in.
We ask that you please turn up on time for your appointment, however if you are going to be late then contact us to advise your estimated time of arrival. Please note, that your late arrival may sometimes result in reduced treatment time. If there is another client booked in after you, this may mean that we are unable to carry out your treatment and it will have to be rescheduled.
How to cancel or change your appointment
All cancellations or change of appointments must be made by calling us on 0117 9584039/07483 111203. If you need to cancel outside of our salon opening hours, then please leave a message for us on our answer machine. We do not accept cancellations by email.
